MINIMUM QUALIFYING CRITERIA:

​1. Individual is an Active Member of Local 5, 56 or 712 and Working in one of those Jurisdictions.
    A. Support is only available to members working in the trade.
    B. Member is working under the standard CBA agreement (not under a special agreement and office workers do not qualify).
    C. The member is not a contractor currently or in the past.
    D. Member agrees to all requirements upon which the aid is based.
    E. Member must provide proof of a financial need if requested
    F. Program is not available for debt incurred from illegal action or gambling or other personal irresponsibility.
 

2. Member is in Good Standing:
    A. With the Western PA NECA affiliated locals.
    B. With all Western PA NECA contractors.

3 . The Member’s Situation:
    A. Is a serious crisis for the applicant.
    B. Is unmanageable without assistance.
